1. Returns

 

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@laarzjewellery.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2. Exchanges

 

  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item of a different size, please send us an email at support@laarzjewellery.com.
  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
3. Refunds

 

  • Eligibility: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
4. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Please note that we cannot refund or exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. Refunds for earrings are only applicable if the product is damaged upon receiving it.
